It’s Wednesday 27 August 2025 time 3.50pm there was 5 employees 1 drive through car and just 2 customers waiting in queue we wait more then 7 minutes no staff take our order when I ask a Staff she told me just wait she was loud

Honestly, the food is pretty great here. I’ve never had any real issues. The only thing you should do is double check your bag before leaving sometimes things are forgotten.
Establishment itself is usually pretty clean however, there’s a lot of people coming in and out of there from truckers to people just passing through due to its location.
Overall, it’s pretty nice I would recommend stopping by if you’re going through the area:)

I am a truck driver parked in the esso just now and came to buy a coffee around 11.45pm. Doors were closed at that time. I came to the drive-through. There was no car at that time in the drive through and I called a few times. satff haven't responded back. I'm not saying that they have to give a service for some walkin using drive through , but at least respond and say No service for walk ins at the drive through. If you can provide service at night that will be appreciated. A lot of truck drivers are coming to fill gas and Hong that will really help to get a coffee from the TIM

The staff here I think his name was Sandu, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got milk for my baby.
We ordered a large order to travel home with as well and it was made with care. This is the best Tim Hortons I've literally ever encountered by this experience for the staff to go above and beyond. The manager on duty was very helpful to assist him with how to help me as well! Great team! Keep it up!

We've been going for a competition and had a small meet and greet (a little noisy), still the staff was very amazing and supporting yet quick with the orders with the same quality, I really appreciate the service and apologies for the little noise.
