Absolutely terrible in the mornings. Seems like the works are lazy and don’t know how to run a drive thru. There were 5 people in front of me in the drive thru and it took me 20min to get my order which was only a coffee.

This tims is horrible, nobody listens and im pretty sure the person taking my order doesn't speak proper English. Asked for wedges, at first they said they could have them within 10 mins, then I said id get them, then they changed their mind and said they wont do that, then after they changed their minds again and said they have them? Are you serious? And then i asked for somethint else as well, she messed up twice in got to the window and they didnt have anything I had asked for

Over the past few months the quality and service have tanked, this was one of the best location in the city.
Three years later and at least they are consistent... Wrong drinks and one was absolutely white wash.

My favorite location for Iced Coffee—it's always excellent and the main reason I come here. I use the drive-thru often, and the service speed is generally decent. A good, consistent Tim Hortons experience.
