29/11/2024 indian girl working on overnight shift behaved very rudely to friend of mine. She don’t have ethics and manners how to deal with customers. Rather than providing a good service she is spreading hate between communities.

My husband he just went through a drive thru there was one Indian girl she did not come outside for 10 mins he just knocked the window it’s -27 he is just freezing oust side and he want coffee to warmed up the girl she was too rude and she don’t have manners how to talk with customers. She said if he need a coffee he have to come with car to drive thru but he is in truck he parked his truck came from drive thru so please tell her how to deal with customers. Don’t hire that kind of people those who don’t have a manners that how to deal with customers.

This. Incident happened on midnight of 29 nov, me and my fellow semi drivers went to this location. Girl working there she gave order to someother drivers. But when we went there first she didnot come to the window, but after that she refused to give us coffee. It was -30 that night. I was not going to post this but next day we called the manager she said am scared of sikhs, thats why i didn't serve them,like seriously. Now tim hortons gonna serve us according to our race and religion??? She removed her name tag as well...Stop being racist lil girl!!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Tim Hortons. The Indian Gujarati girl at the drive-thru made blatant racist comments toward us. This kind of behavior is disgusting and has no place in customer service. Management must take action immediately to address such behavior and ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons during the night shift. The staff was extremely unprofessional and provided terrible customer service. It’s clear there’s a lack of proper training for night shift employees. Management needs to address this to improve the customer experience.

Worst Tim Hortons location in Saskatoon. Very unprofessional. My car got stuck in snow near this Tim and i went for a coffee at window. I was told we can’t give u coffee without car. Really? I am standing outside freezing in cold. Humanity is dead nowadays.

I had a great Experience in the Tim Hortons by Lawson Mall. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a welcoming smile! Food was amazing, the woman working the till recommended a drink, which was also amazing. One of the other workers complementing me my outfit, making me feel even more welcomed overall a great experience will be coming back
