They can’t double toast anything and when they do I have to wait around the store for them to just forget about my order enirely. 3 different people helping me and waiting 20min in the drive thru in total. They will also argue with you out of getting something double

I visited this Tim Hortons location a short time ago at Lawson Heights Mall. We sat in side near the fireplace. Our drinks and food were good here. I had a frozen lemonade and a bacon turkey club. The seating area inside is okay but some of the seats could definitely use some refurbishing as there area definite rips to them. The seating area could also be bigger cause it is usually busy here and no were to sit even though it wasn’t very busy this time. The staff here was friendly and helpful

Large food selection, very heavily staffed. Large indoor seating space.Food is prepared and done the same as other timmie’s. Good selection of donuts. Above average and they do well at stocking it throughout the day and night. Chili is my go to here as it’s always hot and ready to go.Service is always fast. I find they always have a ton of stuff and are very accommodating/diverse in terms of their staff and service. They speak multiple languages which is nice.Vibe - Kept clean and tons of space to sit.Parking: Parking attached to the mall, free parking.Kid-friendliness: Area for kids to wander.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps and power doors
Placed an order earlier in the day to pick up a dozen specific kind of donuts for my 4 year old photo shoot. When I got there they had not been made. Guy said it was never finalized and showed me a peice of paper with my order on it.I'm hoping this location can have a better phone ordering system put in place so this does not happen to anyone else. I don't like giving bad reviews but I really don't want this to happen to anyone else.Photo shoots are very expensive.... and trying to find the specific sprinkle donuts your looking for on a Friday night at 715pm doesn't work!!!!!! Especially when your shoot is at 730pm !!!!!!!

Got a tea a old tea they 4got sugar. Went back then they charge me 4 another tea. That tea wasnt good. Wasted $5. Today jan 8 2024.thought I give it 1 more try , wat a mistake. Tea had no taste. The workers dont care if a old tea.

Some old Asian lady i believe spitted in my hot coco.. I was drinking it and I felt a big wad of something and I swallowed it, ever sense I drank that I’ve been really sick and got strep throat the night of this. She went to the back with my hot coco, sorry if I’m wrong but I’m 99% sure that it was spit, she was also very rude to me when I was ordering my food and slammed my change on the counter and was giving me a really mean face, never going there when she’s there again

Asked for a cheese bagel with cream cheese, came with butter only.Asked for a BBQ bowl with breaded chicken, came with roasted chicken.Terrible service. Is it that hard to get an order right??????

Team is rude asked for everything bagel toasted with butter and they provided everything bagel with garlic spread. When confronted them they told they will provide butter on side. That’s not what i asked. Worst tims and team every.Vegetarian options: Always when we come ask for rice bowl. They don’t have rice.

So apperently if you work hard and fall take a nap the staff will verbally assault you and tell you to leave the whole restraint in the loudest way possible and call you homless I make more the. All the employees combined when I go to work or just joe use the bathroom and they start banging on the door cause iv been in there too long cause I’m useing the bathroom extremely rude and disrespectful shorter lady with glasses black hair kinda ugly looking Simone of the worst ones for the labeling and disrespect
Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and we didn't give enough cream cheese to cover one bagel. Every other location gave a decent amount on the bagels.

I have had 4 different types of French Vanilla coffee here. Same coffee but somehow they manage to do something with it and mess up. Had to change my coffee twice just to get the proper one and the argument that the coffee is made right never ends. Anyways this place is Sometimes good Sometimes very bad. The price increase doesn't help as well. Had better coffee at a Shell and Coop Gas bar. The face of the person who had to make the coffee again said it all, wasn't difficult to make out that she was pissed.
