There's a post going viral in Saskatoon about how they ILLEGALLY are not accepting gift cards anymore.The owners of this place likely just killed their own business by illegally not accepting a gift card they sold the customer. The post has now been seen by over 42,000 people in 24 hours according to Facebook so that's a LOT of people who will no longer be coming here.Bad management!!!!

What happened to you Thomas The Cook Restaurant?¿Your food used to be top notch!Now it's mediocre/ you have the worst person at Answering the phone and taking orders!Not ordering here ever again!I ordered the half and half dry rib and chicken fingers. And a caeser salad. Dipping sauce was suppose to be sweet n sour and BBQ,it was ketchup and the BBQ sauce you buy in Walmart. And a one liter Pepsi. Delivery Guy was cool gave him 5 tip Cost me 50.50 ru kidding me?Go to TJS PIZZA IF YOU WANT AWESOME RIBS!!

The location and building are great love the looks of the restaurant. Our waitress was really good especially with a table of 14 she did really good. The food was decent soup salad and fries were really good some of our other mains were no very good at all. The thing that really got to me was the fact that they water down the ketchup. Came out of the bottle like red water.

The meals were disgusting. Ribs were too tough eat. Chicken parm was not hot, but was eatable. The lemon roast potatoes were the most disgusting thing ever been served at a restaurant - cold, soggy, and discoloured. Cold frozen veggies! We addressed our concerns with our server - she said to would have the owner address the situation. We never saw our server again, nor did the owner talk with us.

The worst dinner I ever had! The chicken wings I ate this evening tasted and smelt like FISH! I puked in my cup. The waitress grabbed the owner Aamer and all he said was "oh you ate the chicken strips & onion rings?" Than proceeded to roll his eyes at us & walk away likeNot a SORRY or ANYTHING!I will never go there again ??

Ate there July 9 2023. The tossed salad was very disappointing. Few slivers of carrots, two cherry tomatoes, and iceberg lettuce that was not appealing. Dressing comes in a little container. When my chicken with Greek sauce came, my plate at next to nothing on it. The other 4 plates that were noodles, chicken fingers and ribs, chicken fingers, and bacon cheeseburger were absolutely full of food. I really disliked the frozen veggies. Put some sauce on those or something! Not even salt could make them eat able. I'll make sure to avoid this place next time I am in Saskatoon.
