Tomas the Cook Family Restaurant

Ordered two dry ribs, spaghetti, nachos , and 2 bottles of pop through uber eats.
Durring a supper time rush. The order showd up missing the pop. The uber eats guy was clueless. I phoned the restraunt and the lady that answered the phone hopped in her truck and brought the pop on her own. That was very awsome. The food was great. We will order again.

The lounge used to be fun & great mostly, due to some nice folks that worked there. Sadly the new owners came in, fired the nice people & kept the horribly awful staff, who like to try and round up tabs to steal money from unsuspecting customers. The worst one is Sariena.. .won't be wasting my time or money going there anytime soon.

Placed an order yesterday for a feed 20 ppl combo.. not only was it hot and ready at the pickup times? The amount of food that was given could of easily fed 30 people.. we have so many leftovers we will be freezing some.of the pizza and lasagna for future meals. 100% will be back to this establishment!

If I would have written this review 3 days ago it would have been a great one! I ordered wings and they were sooo good!! Saucy snd delicious, which is why I ordered then again today. Same type of wings I ordered but this time totally different. Barely any sauce at all! They are so dry and over cooked. I really thought I found my new restaurant for wings but nope. I don't like spending my money and not knowing what I'm going to get. Really unfortunate.

I have ordered food from here a few times, and I don't know why. They are amazing, but only because in my entire life I've never met anyone who can screw up a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and I've never found another place that manages to get the order wrong every single time. I'm not embellishing, every time. Amazing. Please, friends, don't be like me. Eat somewhere better.

. It depends on the people working and what location you go to, but over all, there’s just a “meh” not caring to the food at these restaurants. The salad, fries, and ribs or chicken strips platters are ok, generous servings. Pasta sauces have been watery the last few times I ate there, like they are trying to save by reducing the tomato, meat, spices, and definitely the cream sauces are lacking real cream, butter, Romano cheese etc. Not worth it, really.

Haven’t been here in years, but I always had great memories as a kid about the food being great!And man, did it surpass my admittedly high expectations.I got the steak sandwich & fries. The fries were a tad soft, but well seasoned and piping hot. So fantastic overall.The steak, cooked a great medium rare, was one, if not the #1 absolute best steaks I’ve had in years.Service was energetic and kind. And the atmosphere, while looking a tad worn down, is pretty good overall.I went and ate in person, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Parking: There’s a physical parking lot which is admittedly a tad small. But since the place is directly on the end of a neighbourhood , you can snag a free spot a bit further down without much issue. I’d say use the official lot though if you can so you’re not taking up home parking spots.

Went for breakfast. The prices and food were both phenomenal, couldn't believe the food I recieved came from Tomas cook restaurant! No complaints except for the service was very slow and intermittent.

Made a orde for pizza with a side of ranch dipInstead they made a whole pizza out of ranch sauce instead of using pizza sauce. I call back to get my order corrected as we picked it up to go they say too bad there's nothing we can do about it horrible customer service will not be ordering or eating there ever again no wonder they only have 3 star reviews we also ordered some pasta and wow that was the grossest pasta I've ever tired basically wasted 60$ threw all the food out

MADE ME AND MY FAMILY ILL! I would give it a 0 if it let me. Walked in there were no staff to be seen. Walked over to the lounge side no staff in there either but a busy vlt room. Finally managed to get a waitress. She didn't know the menu or what came with certain items. She dropped our food off and did not cpme back again. The soup had been heated in the microwave as the center was hot but hardly Luke warm on the outside and tasted horrible. Our Ceasar salads were an oil slick no flavor. Had chicken fingers and fries and they piled the hot food on to the salad. The pizza was served to us and the dough was white and doughy was sent back. It just didn't taste right and left a sour taste In my mouth. I talked to the assistant manager? and they did not make us pay. I highly recommend not stepping foot in this establishment. There was no one else in there. I know why now.
