I stopped in on Saturday around midday with a friend for coffee. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The girl working at the counter with long black dreads was extremely rude to her coworkers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The rest of the staff seemed kind and professional. I hope management addresses this, as it negatively impacted the overall experience.

love this place. me my friend were looking for a pet friendly place to go and we came across this one. I brought my dog Oliver he loved it there too. I recommend this place and loved my Iced coffee I had.

If it weren't for their food, the friendly baristas, and free parking, I would not come back the last few times. The customer service just keeps getting worse and worse. The manager girl keeps kicking people out of their spot to service other customers. It's not my fault these people are coming during rush hour, and I made sure to come a little early to get a good spot. I haven't even been there for an hour, and was eating my food when the manager came up to make and told me she needed the table for the next party- THAT HADN'T EVEN ORDERED THEIR FOOD YET!! THEY WERE STILL IN LINE!!! That is so messed up to me. I paid the same amount as these other people did! The baristas and girls working at the cafe are so welcoming and really nice whenever anyone comes in (great customer service) but I'm coming in less and less now because of how I've been treated by management.

Tot cafe is an absolutely delightful experience. My absolutely favorite study spot. Perfect ambiance, beautifully decorated and reasonably priced food and drinks (that have never once missed in terms of quality). I recommend the $12 korean fried chicken with fries!!
My only downside with this place is that it’s so popular that it’s too crowded to find a seat sometimes, but that’s a great sign!!

Got rudely asked to leave our table midway and finish eating quickly because a group of 5 is coming in to eat and needed a table?? We were there eating for less than an hour! We were sitting at a table of four with me and my friend but got no offer to maybe sit somwhere else? Then proceeded to take away our unfinished food without asking us, which I had wanted go take to go. This place has been RUDE to customers in the issue of space and time. A brilliant thought could be to make up the use of the ENTIRE building to expand your cafe, you have the space. TERRBLE customer service and from what the other reviews said, never visiting again. Youre lucky I like ur food 😂

Excellent sandwich! What lively place! One of the best cafes to hangout and chill in town! Great staff and excellent suggestions. I ordered their signature sandwich, tot potatoes, and mushroom soup. Everything was inch perfect. Best of all was the ambience.
I didn't know that this cafe existed. A friend suggested it to meet for coffee. I absolutely love that atmosphere. Reminds me of a coffee shop I like in Abbotsford BC.

The atmosphere is one of the best cafe atmospheres out here. the service is top notch. the drinks are very very unique and always changing which i love. one small comment about the drinks. i would love to see the drinks be more “flavorful”, for example i ordered a lime coconut italian soda but couldn’t really taste any lime and i sometimes see this across a couple of their drinks.
Edit: The drinks honestly got soooo much better. The chicken is legit 10000/10. 5/5 place now for sure. Expanded the location too so there’s plenty of seating.
