I was very disappointed, we have never had a bad experience until tonight. We ordered combo 2, the food itself was good however when it came to getting our order was very upsetting. The one who took the call said it would be 40-45 minutes, yet when I called to find out when it would be delivered he said it would be another 20 minutes. I said it was already an 46 minutes so I asked if I could get some sort of discount. He tells me that they were waiting for the the delivery driver and the food was already to be picked up. What the hell? Then I’m told if we don’t get the order in the next 15 minutes to call back. Also I paid $12 more then what I was told. Eventually we got our food, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anytime soon.

Venice House on 33rd Street in Saskatoon is by far one of the most disappointing and concerning dining experiences I have ever had. I ordered pasta for takeout, and when I got home and started eating, I found pieces of tin foil melted into the dish. The taste was horrendous, like a strange blend of wet noodles and metal. Not only was it completely unappetizing, but the experience also felt potentially dangerous. After reporting the issue, the restaurant only offered me store credit worth $25—no refund or sincere apology. Still, I decided to give them another chance and went back to use the credit, ordering two burgers. I specifically requested no bacon due to religious dietary restrictions and health issues, clearly informing them that I could not eat it. Yet, after driving 35 minutes to pick up my food, I found a large piece of bacon right in my burger. The disrespect was appalling, and it felt like they didn’t care about my dietary needs or even basic customer service. Consuming it could have led to serious health issues for me. This experience was beyond disappointing and disgusting, leaving me feeling disrespected and uneasy. It's clear that this establishment is in dire need of a health inspection—such negligence in food preparation and handling is unacceptable. 100% would not recommend.

I ordered veal cutlets with a potato and a tossed salad with ranch...
What I recieved was veil cutlet with fries and ceasar salad..
Also asked for cutlery..did not get any.
With cost of everything I had to work 1.5 hours to pay for this disgusting meal.. Not impressed at all. Will never order from Venice house again.
I phone to complain, I was offered a $5.00 rebate.. My meal was $37.00...
July 29th what a rude tephone lady? Sounded young! She didn’t ask me what type of wings I wanted or dipping sauces she didn’t explain that prices I’m looking at online are old prices not the new menu prices. She was Katty, standoffish and I asked to talk to the manager she said he's busy but you could hear him beside her laughing and talking!! I said I’ll come down there to pick up my order she didn’t come out hid and made the manager come out! Assif I’d do anything you know shiit splatters!! But $6 delivery for a $90 order? She didn’t even offer me my free pop with pick up I mentioned to her it’s free! Lol Manager was really nice he said it was her first day? First day for what using a phone? Rude much!!
We stopped at Venice house but they were closed except for take out so we left. So disappointed especially since the sign said dine in.

Got delivery, my burger was the saddest and cheapest excuse I've ever seen for a restaurant burger. Take the cheapest frozen patty (white when cooked so it's nothing but binder and pork fat), mix that with a flat burnt looking bun, and raw onion with one slice of bacon in it. Fries were a let down also but most places are when getting fries as take out, so I won't hold that against them. Didn't want to eat there, positive I never want to eat there again.

Ordered on skipGot wrong size pizzas. One is under cooked and wrong size. One is over cooked and has no sauce. What kind of kitchen staff do you guys have?

Honestly, zero pizza flavor. There is no flavour to the sauce whatsoever, just an old oily taste for some reason.. Bottom of the crust was soggy. Good belly filler I guess but would I order again for over $50 after tip for 2 For 1 large pizzas? Absolutely not, please save your money. Live and learn I guess

Came in from out of town and wanted to try some pasta. Mistake on my end as they messed up my order. I ordered a lasagna for me and fettuccine alfredo for my kids. We got three lasagnas and it would be too late to get them to fix it. The lasagna was very soupy and not that good. Fettuccine might be good but I'll never know. Other food might be good but I don't recommend the lasagna

We ordered mushroom chicken fettuccine that was drowning in water, and had no flavour whatsoever, and also two for one burgers that were very blind as well. Minimal toppings. Huge chunks of onions. Calamari was meh. lol spent 70 dollars tip included … was NOT worth it …
