Venice House Traditional Grill

Came here with family for the pizza and was not disappointed. Got the Venice special and it was so so good and loaded the freak up. Would def recommend for anyone looking for yummy pizza and a cute lil dining experience. So cozy and the staff was super friendly! I WILL BE BACK

The food is fantastic and the service is great. The restaurant and menu is perfect for breakfast lunch and supper. The Greek ribs are tasty and the portion is large.

My husband and I sat down for lunch at 1:07. There was 2 tables and a larger bday group who was at the end of their dining. We sat for 15 min noone talked to us after sitting us. We asked a waitress if anyone was coming, 3 more walked by. 10 min later walked out. I said last time the food was wrong I wouldn't be back & now forsure I, and family will find another family restaurant. This place goes down hill more by the year. We have been coming for 20 years. Time to find somewhere else.

Ordered in baked spaghetti it was cold and dry with little flavour or sauce. Salad was soggy and boneless ribs were cold, dry, hard and rubbery with no flavour. Toast was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for a long time

Came for lunch yesterday and nothing but fruit flies everywhere,probably ate some with My burger.Good Lord will not be back.🤮

The food is always good and is a good value and is what keeps us coming back . The service needs work.

Third time this winter I've called and they have told me they have closed the kitchen early. Not sure why they have business hours if they are going to stop serving food before 9 .

Was at Venice House for a work event, so price wasn't a consideration for me. Staff I thought were courteous and attentive. I found the menu very limited for special diet options; went with a Greek-style chicken entree with rice and a Greek salad. Size of dish was very large... enough food for two people I thought. Chicken was light on seasoning, rice I thought was just bland and greasy with fry oil, salad wasn't crisp and seemed quite drenched with a vinaigrette. Food wasn't *bad*, but definitely wasn't good. Overall I think the restaurant gets regulars just from their portion sizes. Place is not for me.

I called your store by 7:10 pm on 6th March. Whoever was the managing person at the time, she is so rude. She hung up the phone without discussing and replying.
I was asking to connect Kos for scheduleing appointment. But she sounds like boss's boss.

Please train your people and teach them how to recpect people.
I am droping the review so she know how to talk next time.

BDW the girl who picked up the call she was so nice. she put me on hold and grab manager.

We love Venice House on Central Ave. The food is always good. We love their pizza, but we've had other entres and they've all been good. Our business also just had take out for lunch for team and everyone liked it.

Best burgers an pizza in Stoon 👌 everything is good here! The pasta the wings, dry ribs and chicken fingers too! All of it lol thanks for always cooking the best food 🥰 me an my fam love it. Totally recommend

Second time order was wrong in 2 weeks

Really amazing atmosphere! The waitress Alina was great as well. She was kind to get us whatever we needed and on time as well and super sweet. On top of that, food was amazing.

Not sure if there was a change in ownership but either way they should be embarrassed on how their young staff handles guests.
Start to finish was horrible.
1) two guests ordered tea upon sitting down, which did not arrive until the main plate arrived, and made them share 1 tea bag between the both of them (1/2cup each).
2) one guest got their starter plate the other did not until after their main plate arrived.
3) server punched in the wrong dish and was told “nothing they could do” considering she messed up.
4) asked to speak with a manager - which was denied!!! (What!!!???)
5) server completely dismissed the table and were left sitting there for 20mins to receive the bill (from another server).

*side note* there was ZERO rudeness of any sort from our table

Had a similar experience here in the summer and thought let’s try it again … nothing changed. Wont be back ever✌🏻
Management needs to step up their game!
