The pizza we ordered was HORRIBLE. It was burnt (as in black.) Patches all over the top of the crust and some of the toppings also. And very very dried out. It was so disappointing. And to top it off, we got grief from the delivery driver about how heavy it was to carry it all the way to the door. Needless tosay that was the last time we will NEVER order from there.

The pizza sizes used to be thick, but even with these prices raises the portions got smaller. As was read in other reviews, the size of the dry ribs is insanely small, 15$ for small container of ribs and no dip, was no option for a dip online, or was an extra charge. Won't be ordering again.

very upset yesterday we had ordered pizza as and lasagne as my mother and daughter had come by this is are usual go to spot I recommend to anybody and everybody. It was awful one of the pizzas was so overcooked almost burnt the whole bizza looked brown on the top the chicken on the ch/bacon Ranch tasted spoiled or the sauce was bitter to the point it was unedable and the wilted lettuce for the ceaser was wilted where half the salad wasn't even worth finishing. For an 80$ tab for 2 light med pizzas a personal lasagna and a half sld I was embarrassed to have been the one that demanded ordering from them. very upsetting especially when its for a special occasion its valentines day. 😔

What happened to the thick loaded pizza Vern’s used to be? Our pizza today was $60 & hardly any toppings, it was pathetic & VERY disappointing, we were not impressed! If we didn’t live 45 mins away we would have taken it back. Will not be ordering from 11th street location again, hoping it’s not all locations being stingy.
