One of my favourite restaurants in Saskatoon.
Haven’t visited for a while, however, they introduced more new authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
I am strongly recommending here to visit for local style or Asian.
You have to try their Vietnamese Dropped Coffee, so good.

We ordered two bowls of noodles, two wonton soups and 4 spring rolls and we paid 74.04$ . So basically a two dishes of greasy noodles with few carrots and cabbage is 30$ but if you want a meat that is 4$ on the top of the 30$ . 4 spring roll = 9.95$ . And 2 watery wonton soup is 13.90 $ but if you want larger then is 8$ on the top. This is nothing less of them ripping people off . Never again l will from them.

10/10 for CHẢO BÒ NÉ
I usually keep it for myself if I see a good place like this. But this Vietnamese Diner Restaurant need a shoutout for their Chảo bò né. Its succulent juicy flavourful beef pear with sunny side up egg, soft laughing cow cheese, and pork cake slide. The side dish is some fries and a fresh mini bánh mì to use with the meat sauce. And the MEAT SAUCE is heavenly!!!
It’s truly Vietnamese authentic. I can’t believe I finally found it after so many year far away from home. My someone keeping eating even when I said that I want to take a picture of the food, that show how good it is.

The food here is wonderful, and the server/owner is extremely friendly and accommodating! The restaurant is very warm and clean, and the only thing that I found in need of improvement was the restaurant's bathroom. That being said, I highly recommend this establishment - it's my favourite Vietnemese restaurant in Saskatoon!

Delicious food, great value, and a cozy vibe!
Vietnamese Diner is one of those underrated gems in Saskatoon. The menu has a great mix of Vietnamese and Chinese comfort dishes, and everything I’ve tried so far has been full of flavor. The pan fried rice noodles with beef was especially good—crunchy, savory, and super satisfying.

The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff are always friendly. I also love the little café (Story Coffee) tucked inside—perfect for grabbing a bubble tea after your meal.

It’s casual, welcoming, and consistently good. Definitely a go-to spot for comforting food and relaxing vibes!

Everything we ordered was thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. The jade pearl meatballs were soft and savory, complemented by a delicious dipping sauce. The grilled pork sausage skewers were smoky and juicy, and the seafood egg rice dish was both rich and comforting. The dual pork platter stood out — the crispy pork belly was perfectly done and paired well with the noodles and fresh herbs. We also tried the salted iced coffee, which had the perfect balance of sweetness and salt. A well-rounded, memorable meal. Highly recommend.
