I’ve been there twice - the food is awesome and the service is as well. Their menu has a variety of different options to choose from. I recommend the “Special Beef Noodle Soup with Meatballs”.

I was just there with a friend with no expectations, first visit there and I was gladly surprised. I didn’t have a full meal but I tried the fresh rolls (chicken and shrimp) I had 4 pieces and my friend 2; sizes for those rolls were amazing, very filling and beautiful looking, we had as well couple of bubble teas and same they were delicious. I cannot wait to try it again and try more items of the menu!

H3- Chicken balls were all different sizes. Some had cooked batter and hard, others were not fried crispy.\\n\\nS9- Vietnamese Spring Rolls were all small, bitting into rice paper that has little filling felt like a thick roll of chewy rice roll. There were only 2 out of the 6 that were done okay. These were a big disappointment ?\\n\\nN3- Fried Thick noodle (chow mein) with beef has a paste like texture. I think the noodles were overcooked and cause the whole dish to be gummy. I do not suggest this dish.\\nN10- Special Fried Egg Noodle with beef was great. Noodles and flavors were on point. Love the beef!\\n\\nFor the cost per dish, the portion/quantity size needs to be a little bit more. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth.\\n\\nSorry, but after new takeover, the food is much different! Prep and cooking need work! I don't think that I will be returning...perhaps I will order a noodle dish to eat in...see if prep, cooking \\u0026 favors improve in a month or two.

We ordered fried rice as one of our choices and it seems that the rice used tasted going to be spoiled already.. We have eaten fried rice from different Vietnamese restaurants and were tasted excellent but the one we ordered here tasted so bad.. not going to be in this restaurant again.. ?

Spring rolls were terrible with little filling and paper wrap was odd. The worst part was how chewy they were, Spring Rolls should never be chewy. Very disappointing and do NOT recommend going here if you need a good Spring Roll fix.

This has been one of our favourite lunch destinations for years! However since new ownership we are less than impressed. One other table besides us and it took 27 minutes to get our wonton soup and rice/chicken dish. Soup was bland, rice was bland, chicken was rubbery, the vegetables were delicious! Sad to say we won’t be going back, just not the same. Update: myself and my wife both got sick from the food, not impressed!!!!!!!!
