I had only tried a poke bowl once before and had a real craving for some reason. I found Waves on skip and had to go for it. I wasn't sure what to expect and I'm embarrassed to say I had no idea what "press sushi" was. But they blew my friggen mind! The ingredients were so fresh &tasty, and the ahi tuna melted in my mouth! The pressed sushi was a refreshing jolt to my taste buds. Would try again, would recommend!
