I don’t know if this location has changed hands or what, but the workers used to be friendly and seemed to care about customer service. Those appear to have been replaced by curt, unsmiling staff, hostile when asked that errors be corrected. They clearly aren’t happy to be there and it shows. I’ll think twice about returning.

After 11pm the staff told me you have to come agian after 5 min to pick up skip order . I dont know how they are thinking about Food delivery driver. Means for this place only customers is Important not Food delivery driver they are like bagger for them

Wendy's is the most under-rated fast food restaurant around. It used to be the most expensive, but nowadays it's on par with everyone else and the food is so much better. If McDonald's, Dairy Queen, A&W are your go-to places? You sure are missing out.

I've eaten here twice and both times the burgers have been hot and fresh and the drinks were cold and mixed perfectly. (You know how sometimes your Coke is too syrupy or not syrupy enough. Both visits were a perfect blend.)

I don't know how to rate the atmosphere for a fast food restaurant but it seemed serviceable. I did drive through once and the second time I was in and out within a minute. Which was great. I'll say the atmosphere was good. The food and service were top notch.

Got the wrong order after having to wait in drive through. Every burger was soggy and gross. The employees need to slow down and communicate better. This location used to be ok. Will not be returning

The manager was very rude. We were looking through our bag before we drove away to ensure we received what we ordered and behind the drive thru window she looked at us and said “oh my god”. Very rude service.

Spent over 75 dollars to get someone else order. Delivery guy said he re confirmed with them cause he thought it was wrong. Got someone else's little order. Like very obvious not our order. Now everyone angry and hungry. Worst experience ever

I guess you don't always get what you paid for. Two tiny chicken wraps for over $7. Used to be chicken strips, now they serve it with tiny diced chicken, no doubt to cut costs. Dave Thomas is crying in his grave. At least the service was fast and friendly enough
