Food is usually really good, sometimes you can tell they dont clean the drink machine and it tastes really alcoholic. My biggest issue is the service, Ive been yelled at and told theyre closed before they are closed, the drive thru workers constantly rush you while youre ordering. And i had a lady knock aggressively on the window today because i had rolled it up due to the cold.

So we went to Wendy’s today for lunch and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a 6-piece nuggets combo. Believe me, I used to like Wendy’s, but I went there today after a long time and then realized again why I stopped going. The food was old and bad. My stomach started feeling uncomfortable, and I had to leave my burger half-eaten. It felt like the chicken patty was very old and disgusting, and the fries were mushy and bad as well.
I used to work in fast food at A&W, so I have some knowledge of how fast food operations work. I believe patties are only good for about 30 minutes (I could be wrong), but serving extremely old patties is unacceptable. It can seriously affect someone’s health. This patty looked like it was hours old.

I have never had an issue with the food or service here I do like the split of a Wendy’s and a Tim Hortons in the same building, there is many spots to sit, even by a fireplace if you’re that fancy
The food is good but machine the soda machine doesn’t have those flavour shots or it just dispenses water instead of soda. Otherwise, this is a very good spot!

How is this a FRESH Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad!!?? The bacon and chicken are dried out and cold. Lettuce is NOT Romaine!! OMG ‼️

I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers, and when I fit into my burger, there was a bone in my burger and when I called the store to talk about it, they hung up on me and didn’t resolve the issue. I find it super unprofessional and quite frankly ridiculous that’s something that could’ve cracked a tooth or worse was simply ignored.

We ordered 3 Dave’s singles and some chilli cheese nachos , nachos were so disgusting very miserable amount of chips cheese and chilli so poorly served why do they even bother to serve something like that?. Was totally disappointed it.

Bro, we rolled in there at around midnight on a Saturday. The main restaurant was closed but the drive through was open. We asked if we could make 5 orders and they didn't even flinch. The staff was kind and patient as we yelled out our various orders from all parts of the menu. It took a minute, but it was a lot. Came out hot and tasty, and we were back on the road!
Great experience I love Wendy's since before whenever we go any countries we look forward to get Wendy's mushroom melt burger.

I don’t know if this location has changed hands or what, but the workers used to be friendly and seemed to care about customer service. Those appear to have been replaced by curt, unsmiling staff, hostile when asked that errors be corrected. They clearly aren’t happy to be there and it shows. I’ll think twice about returning.

After 11pm the staff told me you have to come agian after 5 min to pick up skip order . I dont know how they are thinking about Food delivery driver. Means for this place only customers is Important not Food delivery driver they are like bagger for them

Wendy's is the most under-rated fast food restaurant around. It used to be the most expensive, but nowadays it's on par with everyone else and the food is so much better. If McDonald's, Dairy Queen, A&W are your go-to places? You sure are missing out.
