Drove up just now and sat at the speaker for atleast 3 mins. I'm usually pretty patient but it felt like an awkward amount of time. I said hello a few times and waited for another minute before pulling up to the window where the workers didn't even acknowledge me... so i left

This is THE saddest excuse for food I have ever seen and had the misfortune of being delivered! The 2 "Grilled Chicken" wraps you sent have NO SHREDDED Cheese on them and next to no lettuce, and you think this is worth over $8 with tax? Dry ass meat and stale bread!
Then you send me with the above a SOUR CREAM and chive potato WITH ZERO SOUR CREAM and a nasty dry ass hard potato coated in chives for $4.20 plus tax!?

Best Wendy’s in the city! Was greeted with big smiles and excellent service. And out of all the fast food options, Wendy’s has always been a favourite of mine!
Idk how the food is here, they say they're "open" by 6:30am yet the doors remain LOCKED by 7:30am, I guess Tim Hortons next door gets my money this morning instead 🤷♂️ learn to serve dine in. (This should be a 1 star review reflecting this specific location but it's a Wendy's after all so I'll be a little generous)
This was embarrassing for the Wendy’s corporation. I first went up to the window and was greeted with a “what can I get for you” and I said “hello, do your frostys only come in one size?”, then just heard laughing and he repeated himself, just for me to repeat myself again. After i asked again, he responded with “no they come in 5 sizes”… and proceeded to NOT tell me the sizes. I finally got my order of two frosty’s and one of them had what seemed to be coffee stains (or a brown soda) all over the lid. When it was time to pay the young man at the window flung the debit machine out the window with no eye contact, didn’t tell me how much it was and was very rude. Not to mention no receipt with the frostys. Very disappointed in my experience, and will not be returning.

I went in to get a quick snack. I ordered a chicken sandwich...was told it would be 10 minutes. Sorry, 'quick' is the operative word. I was asked if I wanted a spicy chicken. I said "no, I don't want spicy." Then I asked for chicken strips. No chicken strips! I was asked if I wanted 'spicy chicken'!!! No, I did not want spicy chicken!!! I said, "can you please give me a cheese burger and throw in some fries for my trouble?" The man (supervisor) said he would give a burger, but no fries. I got the burger for takeout...drove 5 minutes to my home, and the burger was ice cold!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT WENDY’S AGAIN!!
