Ordered a cinnamon pretzel today but as I looked at the paid receipt, the guy in the counter punch in cinabitz. Said he cannot refund the difference which I think is unacceptable stating I paid thru credit card. While the amount difference is not significant, the attitude of the counter person not taking accountability for his mistake is not a very pleasing experience

My Pretzel was so hard I almost Chipped a tooth. I ordered a Cheese Pretzel and it was not fresh at all. It must have been sitting on the warmer for a long time. It was hard and stale. They need to have some food safety protocol where they cant leave the pretzels out that long I feel that it is dangerous and unfair to us customers paying full price for poor quality.

Hit or miss unfortunately. Rarely you will get near perfect pretzel (those are beautiful days)... The next time burnt, no salt, no butter, etc. Still worth the gamble but they need to work on their consistency.

Hello, everytime I come to this location I am very dissatisfied. They either don’t have pretzels or they have no clue what they are doing. As today I went to get my free welcome pretzel after I found out that you guys have an app but she told me she doesn’t know how to do that? Why would she not know how to scan a code? Please train your employees better so I can have a better experience. I am pretty close to never coming back but I do love your pretzels so please help.

The pretzels are as close to perfect as you can get, they have the exact right amount of salt, they're nice and crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The only bad thing I've had here was the frozen lemonade, but the fresh lemonade's great! Thank you Wetzel

It was nice, crispy and buttery on the outside, but the inside wasn’t great. It was too dense for my liking, and it took a lot of time and effort to chew it all up.It was a decent pretzel; but unfortunately, I don’t think it was very fresh.
