They do have vegetarian options and the quantity of dish i ordered was more than enough. It was tasty with the sauce they provided. The veg rolls and the stir fried vegetables were nice, though the vermicelli noodles were plain and dry, wish they were mildly fried like the bee hoon which i used to have in Singapore. Also, a little more of veggie and tofu would have been great.
Overall a good experience, also the staff is friendly and accommodating, they explain about the ingredients used etc.

Highly recommend Bun Bo Hue. They have very good chilli oil!! This was really busy at this noon and they gave my wrong order. But they quickly gave me another one and make me feel so comfortable and welcome after that. Love their service, warmly and friendly.

my favourite restaurant , best spring rolls , grilled pork is my go-to every bit down to the fried egg they put on top is just delicious me and my husband order everytime. they always listen to all my annoying requests and allergies with pleasure. one night i was sick of my usuals and tried this place and its turned into our favorite! thank you white lotus and staff! see you guys soon

Ordered from skip asked for no nuts as there is a severe allergy. Was greeted with a very unhelpful individual saying there was no notes so not our problem when we added notes stating the allergy is severe. No help what so ever. Poor customer service. Food won’t be eaten and will never go back. Reply: Is there no such thing as customer satisfaction anymore ? I called stating that there was an allergy and was greeting by the response of basically not our problem? Would you not want to help your customers and make sure you have people enjoy your food? This wasn’t trying to get free food this was a clear allergy which was entered in on our end so what occurred I’m unsure but your food went into the garbage. The allergy is serious as so many are and even though you claim there was no information on such your staff were very rude right off the hop and not willing to work with us and when you spend $50 on food you would think we could have came to a resolution. I guarantee you guys have more than $50 in waste so what would have been one bowl swapped with another ? Again I called asking if we could get a new one as the allergy is severe and the food went to waste. Pretty insane to me that you were unwilling to work with your customers and then to reply as if not knowing what to do. I would understand if the wrong thing was ordered but nuts being added to something is insane. Had we been in the restaurant would we have been met with the same hostility ? Or would you have taken the food back and got a new one ? Food for thought… again won’t be coming back as this is not how anyone should be treated. And future wise maybe you should put those things in containers in separate bags to avoid this with future customers.

Horrible experience, stated many times no peanuts no fish sauce as there is a severe allergy…. They don’t understand that and still proceed to load it up with fish sauce and peanuts ….. figure it out before you have someone dead from actions like that…. No refund nothing told to eat it

Dined here twice and they have super fast service. Love their salad rolls with peanut sauce, vermicelli beef soup, spring rolls and milk tea with white pearls.

Very disappointed with The staff in the service area! We come around 2pm to try their food, unfortunately we come and there was no hospitality at all. We order at Counter because no one came to take the order because they're bc on talking. The main issue is we want to eat in but when the order came it was to go then when I said we wanted to eat in and girl said OMG and her face was so mean. So then the end is we eat with The damn plastic utensil.

Good size noodle bowl and the deep fried rolls were very good. The pork in the #45 wasn't the best but the beef and chicken very good. I didn't have shrimp since I don't like it.
