This place has fantastic meals. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
My reason for 4/5 stars is there isn’t enough parking & no place for handicap parking. Otherwise it’s a great place to eat.
We ordered steak sandwiches and asked for medium only to get a rare almost blue rare mostly fat steak. Took 2 bites and just about threw up. Noticing the other table left their 3 steaks and left of course with paying.
Unacceptable as we have went for many steak sandwiches deals and this place if far from the worst. The place itself is slapped together and nothing fancy. All in all won’t be coming back.
The food was tasty. A quiet little small town diner feel to it.
Willow bread and Dry ribs were very good
Saskatoon’s best kept dining secret. Quiet, low-key, delicious food, great service. It’s a small-town diner feel in a city.
100% Recommend!! Food was Fantastic. Our server was spectacular. The owner came over and complemented my hair. The inside was rustic and so cute.
The day that we were there it got quite busy and the bartender came over to help the waitress. The bartender constantly berated the waitress out front with customers around. Even when the bartender found out the waitress was correct. My friend heard her apologize once. Bartender took plates out to the wrong table and she kept telling the waitress I can’t help you if you don’t even have the right table in the computer , over and over. The waitress showed her in the computer she had and they found out it was the cook who called out the wrong table number. Then the bartender looked at another order and told the waitress that the dish didn’t come with eggs over and over to the waitress not giving her a chance to explain the customer ordered a side of eggs. All the bartender was doing was flustering that poor waitress. Disgraceful
Food was fantastic, felt like a genuine family restaurant, not a generic chain, the Rye bread was great! Definitely planning to be back, and help support local.
We have eaten here many times. Always a great meal and excellent service.
Very good food reasonably priced. Excellent service. Big screen TV was on music. I would have preferred sports. Very nice staff.
