Wok Box - 8th Street East

I have been coming to wokbox for a long time, I used to eat here nearly every day and never had a bad experience but today I phoned and got no answer then called again later and ordered and was told it would be “15 minutes at most” and waited 45 minutes for my order and typically it takes no more than 10. When I went in, there was multiple groups of people waiting to get food as well. I’m not sure if it’s under new ownership or what the issue was today maybe the staff member but overall just was very disappointed with the experience as a whole.

After waiting for 10 min to even be acknowledged, they got our order wrong twice. My husband gave up after the second attempt, and just took the food even though it wasn’t what we ordered.

I've been here multiple times and had a great experience every time. My go-to dish is the Singapore cashew noodles with veggies and tofu, and it’s always been excellent. A bit pricey for Asian food given the portion though.

Was given a wooden spoon for my poutine so asked for a fork. Worker had to look around for a few minutes while my food got cold and came back and gave me a wet wooden fork. Would not recommend.

never go here , I thought I’d give it one last chance , I explicitly told the guy no onion add broccoli , it’s an onion digestion allergy , and the useless moron , just adds broccoli , almost looks it like has extra onion , didn’t even know the denominations of change , looked at each coin like an inspection . Absolute insanity . Lost my business and hopefully loads more . Will never in my life support a wokbox in this city . Can’t even get allergies right which is pretty important if you want to maintain your business license . Next time could be a peanut allergy . Losers.

It's always good. We started going there as it's cheaper than ordering. They usually forget to ring something in, but we also don't double-check.

The staff at this wok box is always super friendly. Location always appears to be clean and tidy. The food when you dine in is so much better than if you order for delivery.

Absolute ripoff for what you get. Noodle meals have virtually no veggies at all. The crispy chicken bites are mostly batter, and the portion size is pathetic. Stay away from this place, or at least this particular location.

Very expensive for value...super bland tasting.
The Pad Thai is nothing close to a pad Thai...go to Thai Express instead, at least it's better tasting

This restaurant has a great menu and everything is made fresh. It’s also really
clean and the service is fantastic. I had a good time here!

Their grilled Chicken is so delicious! I recommend you to try it if your not unto pork and beef. I am sure all are tasty..
