I ordered pick up online, but must have selected the wrong location. I contacted the Blairmore location and spoke with the owner. He called the University Heights location to give them my order and transfered my payment to them as I was not able to cancel the order online. He went well above and beyond, and provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. 8 out of 5 stars. Definitely support the Blairmore location and thank you so much to the owner.

The best Wok Box in the city, in my opinion. The staff has been friendly, considerate, and I’m always made to feel very welcome.
İ am not an asian food fan normally, but I really liked what İ had at this restaurant. We have ordered mangolian and ginger beef. Highly recommended. Prices are reasonable

The food is amazing especially the butter chicken and must try is pot sticker I recommend that to everyone.
Store said was open till 10pm. Open sign was on was 12 mins till 10pm was than told there are closed. So why say your open till ten if you close before that.
Great deals all the time, and they always go the extra mile by adding a little extra lemon glaze when I ask. Thank you, little things like this makes customers loyal and happy :)
So the first picture was of the crispy chicken meal it came with rice I said sweet and sour but it tasted like orange which I didn't like the rice was good but warm in some parts and cool in other the second item I was excited about it's been awhile since I had deep fried wantons but it tasted burnt like the oil hasn't been changed for awhile 3 Rd item spring tools which were hot and yummy but the atmosphere is cute and the service was amazing if the food had been a little hotter and tasting like sweet and sour and not burnt then would have been 100 out of a hundred because the service was good I'll give one more try if the food again isn't up to the way it should be then that will be the last
Would not recommend what so ever! Ordered a sumo size Thai Red and was left disappointed. To the amount of rice there was very little protein/sauce added. And to top it off one of the workers kept hitting my chair with the mop as I was waiting, had to hold my tongue on speaking out to the treatment. Terrible service and food, have never experienced this at a wok box besides this location.

The food was great, good deal for eating with kids. Kids loved the fortune cookies
Kid-friendliness: The spring rolls were not messy at all

Awful place, wor wonton is definitely not worth it. It was way too salty , awful wonton, five itsy bitsy shrimp, almost zero vegetables. Then for a additional $4 you get partially cooked no name spring rolls with terrible flat fountain pop. Topped off with a cockroach running across a unclean unisex bathroom.
While waiting a unusually long time for my order, the two indian men spoke with each other loudly in a foreign language. Refused to refund my 19$ for this awful meal.
