Only qualm was online said open at 11, when I got there at 11:18 the restaurant sign said noon.

First off the staff member was friendly and explained a few of the dishes I was interested in, very polite and helpful. However why are you not putting on gloves to prepare one’s food, two staff members getting the food ready and neither washed their hands or put on gloves. I ordered teriyaki chicken ( a sumo) and pot stickers. 5 or 6 little pieces of chicken, skimped on the veggies and that’s the worst teriyaki flavouring I’ve ever had. $7.00 for overcooked hard pot stickers, I was the only customer in the store, how do you overcook the food ?‍♂️ you weren’t rushed.Definitely won’t be going back, $27.00 meal for overcooked pot stickers and noodles. Do better!

Man, this location is awesome. So clean, so fresh, and doesn’t smell like dirty mop water. The service was nice and they didn’t charge extra for usage of their cups. 9.5/10, or 4 out of 5 stars, because they forgot to chop up one veggie inside my meal. ?

This was my first visit to the wok box. I requested a dish with moderate spiciness, and the gentleman recommended the Singapore cashew, which was very delicious. Calm and beautiful atmosphere. I would recommend wok box to my friends and relatives and I also wanted to try other dishes too.

Regular customer here, this is my go to for work lunch. The lady upfront has been rude but I let it slide. I asked for a side of hot sauce when I got my food because I forgot and she was like “you know you have to pay for sauce right, it’s not free” I said sure I’ll pay then she just shooed me away lol. Portion for my ginger beef was small too. Finding a new lunch place.

Pod Thai has zero flavor..literally….if I can give minus then I should. It’s not worth it. It has no taste, the worst pod Thai ever in my life. According to the quality of food too expensive

Went here to have lunch for my wife’s birthday. We found something (small metal object like a shaving) in her food we just started eating, so we notified the cook about it. Just in case something fell off a cooking utensil. He immediately apologized and offered to make a brand new meal for my wife. We told him that we just wanted him to know so he could check his cooking utensils. He apologized again offered to make another meal for us. The. He gave us 3 coupons for our next visits. Awesome service and food tasted amazing! But wanted to share a little bit of awesomeness to everyone’s day.

Overall, it was a good experience, BUT i got the completely wrong food. Ordered Beef and broccoli got some other beef dish. Ordered the Crispy Lemon Chicken and got Orange chicken. It was not a horrible mistake, but i wasn't happy but not unhappy enough to go back to complain.
