I have only ever eaten breakfast here. The food is good and the service is excellent. They put a lot on your plate and take good care of you.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a disgruntled staff member furiously staring at their phone. During the process of making an americano they paid no attention to their espresso shot and half of it poured out hopelessly into the unclean grate.The end result was a burnt, watered down drink that tasted as if it has been scooped out of a nearby puddle. All in all a disappointing experience.

While this is definitely a “hometown” restaurant the prices are reasonable and the food is great. The renovations since last year have significantly improved the visual atmosphere. One needs to call the server over on occasion, but the service once their attention is in hand is excellent.
