I've been going to this DQ at least once a week for about 2 years now and never had a single issue. The food is great and the crew is quick with the orders.

Worst customer service. Big language barrier. Ask for a corrected order they refused. We ordered plain burgers ( burger and a bun) they gave cheese, pickle mustard etc. ask for it to be corrected argued with us. Finally remade practically throwing the burgers at us. Then the manager stuck his head out the window and started yelling frantically taking our license plate down. Definitely not Canadian dining. We have been taught the customer is always right, be respectful and your will treated the same. Aweful experience. Kids in the car and all. Shut them down, get new ownership, test them Canadian ethics and some english.

Went to support miracle Treat day tonight. Lady at window had no communication with us, didn't flip blizzards, one blizzard had very little toppings, no napkins , no receipt given, she shut window so quickly too.

Terrible in making burgers nd their fries are a pale white and usually cold...communicating skills are horrible you need to repeat your order 2-3 times

Food is always cold, beacon is never cooked fully or at all and the service sucks.
This place is a joke and absolute rip off and they should be embarrassed
They are not even worth the one star rating for this post.

They close early and then are rude when you tell them they are closed early.

I have limited options since not many food places are available but the DQ at Shellbrook has repeatedly kept trying to scam me from what i order. They forget items almost every single time i go in. They have forgotten drinks, food items, or certain things like an extra ice scream scoop for a banana split. They always try to make u pay for more than you get. Its a ripoff.

They gave me cold and raw sauces and tossed chicken strips. I would avoid the chicken if I were you. Ordered 3 different types of chicken and have raw with every kind they have. Chicken CANT!!!!! Be pulled up early.

I used coupon for two chicken straps meals $16.99. I upgraded one of the fries to onion rings. It came out $24.99. Drinks are not included. I think they over charge me. The chicken straps were tiny and fries were dry. I also ordered bacon double cheese burgers meal. The patties were dry soild. Also fries were dry. I would never go back for meals. Horrible.
