The food is fine, when they get it right. The service is embarrassingly bad though. Good luck getting anyone there to care even a little bit about your order. They're lucky they're pretty much the only game in town.

Every time I come here, they put cookie dough into my GF Oreo blizzard. Regardless what flavour I order, the bottom half is plain vanilla ice cream. Really? I’ll wait the extra two minutes if you want to mix it properly…. Worst Dairy Queen in Canada.

Nhidi the lady at the till was rude, made us pay for something we didn’t order and when we told her we ordered something else she didn’t give a refund and made us pay full price for our originally ordered item. Food is extremely expensive and not that good. I’ve told everyone in this town about her and everyone has the same experience.

Didn’t tip the blizzard when told they are supposed to the young lady laughed and said no one does it. Never been to any other location where they haven’t. Plus drive through took forever !

Unfortunately the food was cold. The fries felt and tasted like the were old fries pot in the grease again. We went here for our 32nd anniversary and was totally dismayed. Staff were very friendly.
I ordered a chicken burger and halfway through it I could tell it was RAW it made me sick and when I called DQ in shellbrook the lady was rude and hung up on me before filing the complaint. If I could give it less stars I definitely would, ruined dq for me please don’t order the chicken burger and if you do make sure it is cooked

This has got be the worst customer service location for DQ restaurant. It has been closed for the past 6 months that I have visited only accepts phone in orders via the app the doors are always closed night and day.The next door Co op gas station has Subway and great customer service.

I’ve tried messaging the website multiple times, hoping things would change but they still haven’t. I’ve been given the false promise of “we will have a meeting and discuss this”. Things don’t change there. The blizzards still only get mixed at most to half way down (if you’re lucky). The burgers whenever I’ve gone there have always been cold and didn’t taste right. The only thing I seem to be able to get hot and delicious are the onion rings. I’m tired of trying to get this fixed through the website so this is where I’m bringing my rant since nothing seems to get done about it. My boyfriend, myself and our families are very disappointed in this dq and continue to support the one in Martensville instead. They seem to have their sh*t together.
