I ordered delivery my nachos came burnt with barely any cheese and I asked for no peppers and they put peppers on them. All the food I got was cold and the pizza was dry. the delivery came late if you were to go to bluez I wouldn’t order delivery. The service was great though.

I ordered a large chicken ranch pizza to my hotel which in hindsight is a pretty small town which costed me 10 dollars for delivery and taxes on a 33 dollar pizza with a 5 dollar tip to the delivery driver ended up costing me 48$

I ordered takeout and specifically asked for the steak supper that was advertised as a special. The lady on the phone never mentioned that the special was dine-in only. When my food arrived at the motel, I discovered I had been charged full price — almost $40 — which I would never have spent if I’d known it wasn’t on special.
On top of that, there was no cutlery included, so I had to eat my steak with my hands. The baked potato came plain, with none of the listed toppings (sour cream, bacon bits, green onion). When I called to complain, they offered to bring condiments but it would have been a 15-minute wait, so I either had to eat the potato plain while warm or wait and eat it cold. The green beans were not good, and while the steak itself was seasoned and cooked well, it was quite fatty.
They did try to “make it right” by offering a free pizza, which I appreciated, but honestly, I didn’t need more food — I felt a reimbursement would have been more appropriate. I had the pizza the next morning and it was decent, but it doesn’t make up for the poor experience.
Overall, the food itself is okay, but the service, lack of communication, and missing basics like cutlery and potato toppings really left me disappointed. For the price I paid, it was not worth it, and I won’t be back.

Not too bad. Smells like they need a dehumidifier inside though. Prices are expensive compared to other places. Had the double clubhouse and fries which was good. Beef dip was good. Gravy so salty couldn't eat it. Waitress was nice. Floors could have been cleaned better. Probably wouldn't go back.

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Bluez on 2nd, I don’t get to go often as I live outside the city but when I do go into town it’s my favourite place! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was nothing short of perfection—every dish was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying the bruschetta chicken it was out of this world! The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell a lot of care went into every detail.
Service was top-notch; our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it a perfect spot for me and my group,
I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. If you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and an upbeat awesome place to go, Bluez on 2nd is the place to go!

Just needed supper for me, my wife and my 4 yr old. We ordered takeout and the kids spaghetti was so spicy that we threw it out, stir fry had only green beans and salt in it. Veal cutlets tasted like paper towels. $95 do yourself a favour and go to A&W or subway.
