It was the 1st and will be the last time we eat here. The lady that served us had zero people skills. Something that should be a given in the restaurant business. Food was mediocre at best, Shakes didn't have much for flavor the eating area was dirty.

Ordered a birthday cake to be picked up on Friday morning. The website says open at 10:00. It is now 10:25 and there is still no sign of anyone opening. I have been sitting here waiting since 10:00. I am not from town so I guess Scoops is stuck with a cake and our birthday party will have to do without. Very poor service.

Thought we would stop in and take mom for a small town treat. What a waste! Rude service, bad food and expensive! Waffle fries where cold and under cooked. Popcorn chicken was cold and over cooked. Tiniest piece of cheese and rotten lettuce on the cheese burger. Greasy onion rings! If we would have tried our food before leaving, I would have complained and asked for a refund. *Edit...spoke with the owner and she apologized and offered a credit for the next time we are through. Will try again in the future!

Ordered a pound of wings. Got a tiny box of wings that weighted 9 oz including the box. Cost 13 dollars. Out right false advertising and theft.

Worst Experience of my life! Food had some hair in it, when I asked the lady at the front if I can get a refund she hit me with “it’s must’ve been your hair” I’ve never experienced racism being an indigenous person. So I just took my food and left. If you are a person of colour I wouldn’t attend this port a potty on it’s good day, “wouldn’t want to get my colour on anything in this place.”

Manager is unprofessional. If you do something they don't like, you'll get posted on their Facebook page. Posted a child getting sick & shamed the mother. Learn to be more compassionate. Clearly doesn't support mothers or children. Wouldn't recommend.
