We ordered a take out combo and it was not edible the waffle fry’s dry ribs and parm bites were all cooked in “off” oil and tasted rancid . We each ate 1 piece of pizza then threw it all away. I called the restaurant to complain and was told to try chicken strips next time and hung up on

Food was good, but the waitress was terrible. Did not greet me at the door, did not check if I needed a refill during my meal, did not bring the debit machine after I finished dessert, she kept hiding in the back room. Was very difficult to order with her broken English. I saw two other customers walk out because of the same issue, and then I was the only one there. No excuse on a slow afternoon. I don’t know if she is new, but seems to have no clue how to serve customers. I hope the manager reads this and has a talk with his staff, or finds a replacement, otherwise you will continue to lose business. One of the few times I haven’t tipped

Food is good and pretty much the only decent place to eat right in Watrous. Unfortunately they don’t seem to want any business, no one ever answers the phone! It’s nice to be able to pre-order, pick up or have the food delivered while at work but like I said no one seems to answer the phone.

Sparkling clean, great quality (salad was crisp and fresh, calzone has delicious crust and flavourful filling), attentive service. We had two small children with us, they liked everything they got from kid's menu. All our special requests were accomodated. Was fun to see trains passing by (2-year old was thrilled).
