Not great, I used to love the subs there and have been eating there for fourteen years. I ordered online and the subs just tasted off. The bread was stale and all the ingredients tasted old.
Also very simple ingredients were mixed up or completely forgotten entirely. I paid in advance so it was annoying that I paid for something I didn't end up receiving

The two employees making subs were talking to each other in another language, they assumed the vegetables were the same for both subs and were very rude when I stopped them from putting the same ones on my sub the employee said “Then what” they did not give a bag and were rude when asked for one

Went in an hour before close and they got rid of the pizza sauce right in front of us without asking what kind of subs we wanted first (we wanted a meatball marinara). I’ve been here 10mins before close at one point and they had everything shut down as well. Also, I asked for garlic aioli (it’s just a habit I don’t check if they have it or not) and the worker snapped at me when he said they didn’t have any. Also didn’t put vegetables on the whole end of my sub even when I asked for extra (he put 5pickles and 4 pepper slices on a foot long…..)

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time, it was unacceptable. Everything was fine until the lady handling my order asked about the vegetables. I ordered two Subway sandwiches and asked for green peppers to be added. However, she seemed to misunderstand my request, pointing out peppers during the toasting process instead. Thinking there might have been a misunderstanding, I then requested spinach since she had only added half the usual portion of peppers the first time. After asking a second time, she added only four leaves of spinach to each footlong sandwich. Now, regarding the dressings, I typically prefer them to be applied lightly, not excessively thick as was done (double the normal amount) on the breads. I gave up at that point. That's how I ended up wasting $20.Kudos to Watrous Subway for their service and consistency. However, I am frustrated with the management for seemingly instructing staff to skimp on vegetables in order to increase profits.

Vegetarian options: I won’t prefer this one!!!

Got a GF sub for the first time and was disappointed. Bread was tasteless and the sandwich was small and as such had less filling for the same price. There is GF bread that taste good. Subway needs to find a better alternative.
