I just had an awful experience. First, one of my children wanted apples sauce instead of fries, which it states as an option on the menu, only to be told they don’t have apple sauce and never had. So you should probably take that off the menu! Second, I asked for my burger without onions, I got onions, I asked them to fix it and the burger they gave me was suspiciously squished compared to the first burger with onions. And third, the sink in the ladies bathroom wouldn’t work. I ended up having to go to the men’s bathroom to wash the soap off my hands, then got yelled at by a male customer for using the men’s.

Went in and ordered burgers for my daughter and I .... After eating I went to take a sip of water and could immediately tell they have a heavy mold problem in their ice machine.... So gross.... Clean you dang pop machines....

Went threw the drive thru at noon today . My daughter checked the order before we headed out on the highway my onion rings were cold . I went back in and the lady grabbed another order and said try these. On the way home I was eating my burger and there was a hair entangled in the whole inside ?. I tried calling and left a message but no one answers . Really disappointed

Went in for coffee and breakfast just before 9am. We were given the wrong orders for our coffees, and the food orders were incorrect, but we didn’t say anything as it didn’t feel worth it at the time to complain. However- group of maybe 10 people came in shortly after us, and we proceeded to wait 40 minutes for our breakfasts, while 2 of them sat under a heat lamp and were cold when we did eventually get them. The people who came in after us ALL had their food before us. Very disappointed in the food quality and the service here today.

Robin the manager and amanda fredericks were giving me attitude when I was only kind to them and did not even give me a single smile! Bad place would not recommend!!!! The manager and the employee was giving so much attitude for no reason!!!!!

When placing the order the speaker either didn't work properly at the time of 8:25 am on Friday morning as to order coffee ☕ & the employee stated she couldn't understand what was being said so proceeded & right away she had the debit card machine ready for purchase of the order & she was asked if she couldn't understand the voice or words that was spoken & she stared at the customer to say she couldn't understand my language!
