I called yesterday morning to order a catering box for a 10:30am pickup. They refused to do it and said I had to call a day a head! I ended up calling another location in Regina, and they're making it for me now! What a loss of business, definitely won't be ordering from here ever again! Terrible customer service. The fact that your employee had to call you as the owner and ask if it was OK for him to make the party box instead if making that decision himself speaks volumes about your business. the other location I ordered from didn't hesitate and didn't have to ask their owner such a silly question. Also the fact that I left a negative Google review and your response was to contact you on Facebook or on your website, but yet you couldn't leave a link to either of those sites is also a RED FLAG.
