I had a very bad experience with this subway location as the recipient clearly says I order sauces on my bowl but the bowl did not have any sauce on it, which is the third time I’ve experienced something like this .When I called them thrice they didn’t pick up the call , the fourth time when they picked up , they told me to come and get them. I had to waste my time to go and get the sauce and they gave it to me in dipping containers which clearly has less quantity. And there was just a “ sorry about that” in the name of customer service. I have worked in customer service since three years and we generally give the customer a completely new serving, I would have understood the situation if it was busy but the store was so slow and dead. I had to put this review as it not for the first time.

I was impressed by the team's diligent performance today. During my lunch visit, the staff maintained exceptional efficiency despite the high customer volume. I was very satisfied with both the quality of the food and the service provided.

Gluten free is a completely foreign concept to the staff, clearly lacking in training. The staff were abrupt and rude when asked if they could make a gluten free rice bowl, so I didn't buy one! Super slow service, there are better options in Weyburn.

So reasonable for a quick road lunch.
