Really great, not sure if I received the wrong milkshake but if not I was deffinetly not aware cherrys were in a root beer shake! Very good regardless! Also the online menu needs to be updated because I really wanted a soft pretzel and they weren't there anymore!

We ate at the balgonie stardome , vouldnt leave a review at that location. . Ice cream ya cant fail it was good, but the chicken burgers were ordered where horrible, was there any chicken or just deep fried chicken nugget , and cold as heck after a 15 min wait . The poutine was definitely just packaged gravy, f4ies where cold n soggy even on the ones that weren't in the gravy n cheese. Shredded marble cheese has zero taste , anyone in restaurant industry knows that. Make yours unique and people will come back for them as generally we love poutines! . Service mind you was excellent as usual at both locations.

So many great cold options - big menu.

Today I was with a group of 6 that met out there. They have a very large selection of ice cream treats! The 2 gals working totally rocked our orders! They educated us on the popular tasty treats and custom made some other treats for us! The ice cream and desserts were fresh! The area is very clean! Very friendly and we were greeted right when we walked in!! They have a great sitting area inside, however with the beautiful weather we took advantage of the beautiful picnic table area! Thanks Girls! You did an amazing job today! We definitely will be back!

I really wanted to like this place. Don’t get me wrong—the ice cream is good. But the customer service seriously needs improvement. The employees are rude, make comments about customers while they’re still in the shop, and exchange looks that make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Honestly, it takes a lot of courage to walk into this place now. A business can have great products, but if the service makes you feel judged or disrespected, it’s hard to enjoy anything.
