Terrible dine in atmosphere. You have to eat while 2 feet from you the lineup is for ordering so it's probably a good thing they closed it off. I've stopped by a couple times with semi and couldn't order because we can't get in. Good thing co-op next door has good pizza.

I drive a semi it’s Plus 5 out today with 80 Km winds and you can only order through drive through cause they are “short staffed” there was 4 people inside at the time. So instead I had to stand in the drive through to order. I’m fine supporting this place every time I come it’s something usually they screw up my order. Today I had cold chicken fingers in a wrap and had to wait 15 mins out side to order

Long wait, the wrong order was given to us. When my husband went back in, they insisted I was wrong... which I know what I ordered because I get the same thing at every DQ. When my order was rectified, the cashier threw dipping sauce on the counter. My husband's chicken burger was burnt.

This is the worst place I have EVER BEEN, I waited in the drive through for atleast 20 minutes with only one vehicle ahead of me. Never ever go here absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone ever

i went here and ordered a poutine. one poutine to be exact.
i waited in line in drive thru with 3 other cars and had to wait 20 minutes so i turned off my car and by then the line still wasn’t any shorter.
they didn’t park any of the vehicles , but instead just let them sit in the drive thru.
when i finally got up to the window, they handed me my bag and it was 3 cheese burgers. i didn’t order no cheese burger and told them i just ordered a poutine and nothing else. took them at least another 12 minutes to get my order right and the chef is just standing in the back doing nothing.
handed me my bag again and this time it was just plain fries with a whole bunch of salt.
handed them back their bag and said “go praise the devil with your salt elsewhere” .
10/10 not impressed ?

Realize its a holiday and busy but they are not parking vehicles instead letting them sit at drive thru window for over 15 minutes. We waited in line for half an hour for 2 cheese burgers. We also seen one vehicle drive away got sick of waiting.

The order needed to be repeated 3 times and was still wrong. On top of that, it was freezing cold and had about 4 onion rings in the box. Just overall a terrible experience

We waited half an hour for our food. Fries were soggy. Building is nice. However it doesn’t seem like they are equipped (or trained) to handle busy times. Hopefully we will have a better experience next time

Ordered 2 flame thrower combos and chicken strips and got 1 flame thrower and 2 cheese burgers to go. The chicken strips resemble chicken fries. So tiny. Fries so salty they were tossed. Had to return to edit the cheese burgers were also insanely salty so into the garbage they went. I would be embarrassed if this was my business. Save your $ and drive past this place

Service is slow. They had to get another person to show them how to run the till. It's like they didn't know how to run the till. Plus, with a lineup, they only used one till, and saw no one in the back kitchen either. It takes forever for food to come, and when I got a wrong blizzard, I went to ask for the one I ordered, and she snapped at me and said, "Do you have a problem". I'm not pleased whatsoever. Clean but slow. I'd go to moosomin or Carlyle but not here.
