Beautiful building and fairly well-maintained. Room was a bit old, but still comfy. Great off-season price.
Thanks Lucky for feeding me and giving me free shelter, Hallelujah 👳♂️👳♀️👳
I have been staying and eating here for a while over the years. Rooms are clean and tidy. The decor has a small town feel to get you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The bar is well-stocked with local beers and drinks. The food is made fresh to order with a variety of food choices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
What a great surprise in Wolseley! While planning our drive across Canada we literally stopped overnight in Wolseley because of the reviews for Lucky’s. It did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded our expectations. Lucky is a warm and friendly host, and the food he and his wife turn out is authentic, fresh and flavourful. Do not miss out!

It offers a bar, hotel, restaurant and local liquor store. It’s clean and tidy but its not the Ritz but food is tasty (especially the vegetarian dishes) which are fresh. Drinks are reasonably priced with a nice array top shelf liquor.Haven’t stayed in the hotel so cannot comment. It is a local community spot to meet and chat. It’s not somewhere I frequent but for the occasional meet up we have been here and enjoyed it.
We went for a drive out of the city and ate here after doing a Google search for where to eat in Wolseley, and seeing the great reviews on the butter chicken at this place. The reviews were not wrong! The Butter Chicken had such tender meat and the sauce was very rich and flavourful. Best I have had. My husband wanted a spicy drink and the owner made up a special Caesar just for him. He loved it! We did not stay in a hotel room. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the outdated furnishings and crowded seating. It's a typical small town hotel that does not profit enough to make upgrades (I'm assuming). But sometimes those are the best places!

Awesome Butter Chicken and chicken tikka. Lucky runs a nice operation and is friendly with everyone. Loudly say “hey everybody!”, when you walk in and you’re sure to get a warm welcome!!

Lucky was so accommodating to us. Amazing, genuine Indian food. Great company and hospitality. Highly recommend staying at the Leland if passing through Wolseley. Old style charm with lots of copper art on walls. Great selection of beers. Locals to chat to.
Luckys Leland hotel. Reasonable rates clean rooms
Wouldnt recommend the food
The food is amazing - both traditional Indian food and the Western menu. Serving sizes are very generous. They have the restaurant and bar, a pool table, darts, vlts, offsale and have recently been offering roadside pickup and delivery service to Wolseley residents
