We had the most incredible lunch on Labour Day Monday. Our vivacious waitress went above and beyond to make certain our lunch was exactly what we wanted. The food was hot, delicious and abundant. The steak on the Fratzolaki was amazing, although the sandwich itself was missing the traditional Frajolaki Greek marinade. If anyone knows of a recipe that makes a true traditional Saskatchewan Frajolaki that can rival Peter Rizos Restaurant or Mano’s from 15 plus years ago, share the well kept secret with The Homestead. The restaurant is truly worthy of a bit of help to up their game to spectacular.
