The rootbeer was great! The teenburger dry, and the meat was tasteless. The chicken sandwich had unchewable grizzke. The fries looked fabulous but were barely tepid without much taste. We were truly disappointed. Brought the unchewable grizzle to the supervisorvto see. She suggested nothing.

Can't really complain about a filling burger that oozes out such flavors. The sweet fries, are so good that it converted my husband to order them from now on. The bathroom on the other hand was small, kinda dirty, had everything you needed for it. Could get a sprayer in there

Went to A&W 2 days ago. I got the yam fries and I should have known they weren't going to give me the sauce with it. They fin didn't give the Chipotle sauce as they always do. Even if you didn't give the sauce which is not the case you could've asked if we'd like it which they didn't. Very disappointed with the lack of respect I received.

Definitely need signs showing were handicap accessible parking. For people who aren't from the city. We off a road that didn't have any handicap parking, once parked my husband asked a worker multiple times were is the accessible parking is. She just looked at him like he had 2 heads. Explained parking by the front door. She still had no clue what he was talking about. It took customers to help us find the accessible parking. Only 1 spot, not even available.
