I’ve been here three times now once on the restaurant side and twice on the bar side. And every single time the experience was terrible. The staff don’t like their job. They have a low morale and no enthusiasm, they clearly have no idea what customer service is! My husband and i gave a 3rd go the other evening for date night. He ordered the steak, i ordered what was supposed to be is 2 APPY hour. She never specified the different, or clearly stated or asked if i wanted the Appy hour menu. My Husband ordered the steak meal and he ordered it with just salt due to dietary restrictions, he emphasized this restriction too! No note was taken & the kitchen had no idea. It arrived with spice and his side not yet ready, the roasted carrots were hard like raw carrots, and his potatoes cold. The server finally checked on us after 20 mins of having the food, he expressed this and she said this is how the carrots are. Offered to get him a new steak which would then take another 30 mins. Over all she was cocky and couldn't even bring me a water when asked. She then said she was busy and she was the only worker. SHE HAD 3 tables one of which was already done serving. I’ve worked serving and have had a full house and i would have never treated my customers the way she did.
The only thing she l gave us was a discount of 7$ on a 80$ bill…. What was suppose to a beautiful night out was absolutely terrible. Drove and hour for this!
Another time we went we waited an hour for our bill after requesting it.

Our server/bartender was not nice and disnt seem to like her job very much. She refused to give us any recommendations for drinks or appetizers. The whole time we were there, she never once came to see how anything was or if we needed anything. We had drinks and shared parm garlic fries. The fries didn't have much flavor and they had a weird texture. For $9.99 the portion was extremely small. The drinks were not mixed right and my partners drink (which we had, the one time we went there before) was awful, it tasted like medicine! It was almost like a completely different drink. The server refused to make any substitutions, claiming she didnt know how. This was our second time there and I don't think we will be going back.

After eating at Yorkton Boston Pizza I got very sick 3 hours afterI ate, but I wasn't feeling good an hour after we ate. We were taken to a dirty table, we were going to go to a different table but they were all dirty. The NEW waitress apologized and wiped all 3 dirty tables. She was wonderful. Our food was overpriced and my husband said he would never order a burger there again. My meal was a beef bowl with rice and quinoa. It wasn't 1/2 as good as the one I had another time. We paid over $50 and only drank water. After I got sick, I was ok.
I ordered the jalapeno shrimp tacos combo and the shrimp was definitely not jalapeño. They were rock hard. Hardly any sauce on it. The sweet potato fries were cold and soggy. I was not impressed at all. Sadly most of the food went to waste and being im here for work had to find elsewhere to eat something that was not soggy and cold.

I had the best time at Boston Pizza tonight, I think my server said her name was Avigail, the service was amazing. Food was alright but due to service of said server I think I will only eat at Boston Pizza. She also had a great hair style lol.
