The servers are so accommodating I can’t have to much spicy food and didn’t realize that one of their menu items were spicy so they made me another one without the spice on it
Been to other Browns locations and have had excellent food and service each time. Stopped into Yorktons location with my small pet and sat on the patio. Waited 15 mins and nobody came out to serve us so I had to come inside to ask for menus. After someone took our order and brought our drink and appetizer, an hour and 15 mins went by and we still didn’t have our food, yet we were one of the first people to arrive when the restaurant opened. Went here for lunch on our way through town. Service was slow and our waitress was inattentive. When our food arrived my mother in laws burger had a cold bun and ended up having an undercooked patty. No real offer to rectify the situation with the patty, just a reassurance that it was fine, which it isn't really. Not very impressed with this location.
