For your “response” 1lbs order for 18.50 sounds about right. Too bad yours were a little over 9oz. 16oz is a full pound just so you know. Genius response though. Instead of thinking jeez maybe he did get a incorrect portion and saying sorry hope you have a better experience next time. Just made sure I’ll never eat there again. Ate there 8/9 times a year so not the best customer but never had an issue before so not sure the point of making sure I never come back again.
