Went in and got food when we got home they forgot drink. Did not get 3 beef patties. And there was a piece of hair in my food . And not that much Big Mac sauce.

This has to be by far the worst Drive through ever!
Believe it or not... I took the chance to go back k and OMG!!! Even worse service than the time before this!!! What is happening here??? Does anyone even care about service anymore? And I am talking about WAY less than mediocre service here!! Avoid McDonalds in Yorkton PERIOD!!

Not the best food, but at a cheap enough price that you don't care. Update: over the last few years the value menu items have doubled in price and you can get better food elsewhere.

Have to repeat my order 3 times and they still mess up my order and give me the wrong thing. If they struggle to speak English then they shouldn’t be dealing with customers in a country where English is the first language

We always drive thru to McDonald's for my kids McDonald's frie it's good but only can you please keep frie in the right Temperature. After you cook and holding time should not over 5-7 minutes , and also when drive thru as you know When we order frie or hamburger can you pls . Put ketchup in the bag . It's annoying after we get the meal and drive out we don't get ketchup we have to ask for some time we rushing at drive thru we don't pay attention to asking for any condiments if you want to save your condiments you can adjust small frie can get 1 packet of ketchup Medium frie get 2 packets.1 Hamburger get 1 ketchup. After I drive out I can't U-turn my car again to be in long line. We like McDonald's

When j first came to this establishment, it seemed open and friendly. But the staff wasn't very open to new customers. They would routinely ask me if I wanted something completely different than what I was actually ordering. Charged me double the asking price, and pretended not to understand the concept of double the price. It took me over 20 mins to get a McDouble meal. Super sized. In the end I payed for a supersized mcdouble meal. But only received a med sized drink and fries. And when I tried to explain myself. I was told i only had 30 mins to eat my food and was instructed to leave. I'm just trying to get my order correct. Then the lady looked at my receipt and told me it wasn't on the menu. And their ice cream machine was down. Then as they was handing me my meal. They dropped my fries and made it seem like I did it. To not only make me pick it up. They threatened to call the police if I wouldn't calm down. Then under their breath. Told me to sober up and get a life. I have never been so insulted to pay 18 bucks for one tiny sandwich. I never even made it to the drink. I walked away as the staff snickered at me. I have felt more shame in my life.
