The handicapped parking spot was not fully cleared out so one of the dinner guests had to park in a spot farther away from the door. Please ensure snow is fully removed from such parking spots.

Good eats! Had the chicken and ribs. Service was fast and friendly and the food came out hot and fresh. The lounge has a sports bar kinda vibe.

Waited more that an hour for our food and half hour to even get our drinks. Three tables that ordered after us food arrived, we were still waiting. The butter chicken appeared to be a half order, must have run out. Our son and his wife recently ate at this restaurant and had butter chicken…they got half orders this time. The table behind us received their food and the guy ordered more food, it also arrived before our food. The manager avoided our table, three times at the table behind us. We watched her go to the tables but NOT ours. Food was good, felt ignored by staff. Had to ask for refills. No asking if we wanted anything else i.e. more drinks, something from the bar, maybe be desert…nope none of that! As a side note we also had a four year old with us and still he had to wait over a hour for food, half hour for his drink. Restaurant was full when we arrived but was almost empty by the time we received food. Due to the fact that we were unable to let the manager know what our issues are she decided to ignore us, patrons of the restaurant, therefore, we decided to do a review online instead.

Found a hair in my food, it was delicious up until then, very disgusting that the cooks don't wear nets on thier face or hair. Very Long wait for food and especially the drinks. The table and booth seats we were seated at weren't clean. 1st and most definitely last time here and would not recommend to and of my friends or family

I recently dined at Mr mikes, and I have to say that I am so impressed. The service was beyond amazing and I will definitely be coming back. I recommend mikes to all my family and friends.
