We have always had a great experience at this location and have never had an issue with the service until today.The server very obviously was annoyed and couldn't care less about what she was doing. She was rude and and kept repeating the same questions. She literally just threw ingredients all over the sub that was not cut properly (please see photo) Our subs were cold even though we requested that they be extra toasted. She did not bag our food and threw several napkins on top of our subs in total disarray When I called to ask for a name so that I could talk to a manager about perhaps providing further training the person on the phone refused to answer any questions and would not provide a time when I could call back to speak to a manager. Sandwich was good, most vegetables were good however lettuce was already turning brown so not very appetizing. Had one of the new sandwiches, spicy chicken, definitely would like to get another one.

After our meal, I inquired about carbs in the 6" whole wheat sub bun. (I could not find the "Turkey Ranch" sub in the Subway nutrition list that I downloaded to my cell some time ago.) The sole employee there was friendly and very helpful. He looked it up on his cell then told me and also showed me that it has 34 carbohydrates. We were the only customers in the business at that time. I always order my sub on whole wheat because I have Type 1 diabetes. My blood sugar rises more quickly if I have anything made solely with white flour, whether bread, rice or pasta.Parking: There are parking spaces immediately in front of the business, which is in a strip mall. There are more parking spaces on the other side of the traffic lane, I believe. We never have trouble finding a parking space at supper time.
Worst experience in my life. I order footlog and it is veggie but like no vegetables in there . I already told guy to put more veggies 3 to 4 times but he put just little. When I reached home and eat felt like just eating bun only . Waste of money . There is no minus option otherwise I give that one

Loved the place, I tried the chicken sandwich it was really well done, the staff was really polite and friendly as well! :)
Food tasted okay and price was good. However, not the same as it once was. Quality has dipped a bit, but okay for a quick meal.
can't really go wrong eating at any Subway, clean/bright facilities, standard prices and selection.
