This morning at Tim Hortons, I received the wrong coffee order. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee—her name was Manpreet, as far as I remember—responded very rudely. She repeatedly insisted that it was my fault and said I “wasn’t loud enough” at the drive-through. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she kept arguing and telling me that she was right and I was wrong. The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
Service was fast, food super fresh and delicious. Parth was extremely nice and polite.

Showed up at 2:30 am and a 24 hour tim hortons had it's drive thru closed ans door locked with a worker sitting in the seating area. Could not get service. Watched 4 other customers not be able to get service in my 20 min wait in the parking lot. Worker sag in the restaurant seating area on thier phone
