Very bad service in the drive-through! Got my order wrong 2 weeks in a row. Thought I would give them a second chance, but still got it wrong. My order was right on the screen but the lady at the window gave me the wrong order. Won't be going there again for awhile. Very bad service!

This is my third time, same experience in Tim hortons. I like Bostoncreem Donuts in Tim hortons. I ordered Donut from the drive-through. She gave me Donut in the bag, but all chocolate sticks on the bag wrapper. I was driving again to the drive-through, and she gave me another donut, but that one is also the same as before I requested another. She told me this is the last one Bostoncreem we have. You can see those pictures which I bought.

In term of taste , I have best iced coffee in this location. I am sipping here and there . But, somehow this iced coffee is so tasting. Taste is extremely nice but 60% is only ice that only bad thing. Other than that, it’s really fast and nice.

Awesome drinks and food. I am surprised its cheap and good but your guys service is bad. No offence. Why does half of the people get my order wrong. They either forget to add something or mess up. I asked for a chocolate creamy chill, and bro gave me a icecap and I said its wrong and he just decided to put whip cream on the top? I then decide to ask one the other workers and they accused me of lying and said i ordered an icecap. What bro? I ASKED nicely for a creamy chill dawg. ???

We were visiting Yorkton first time and were so shocked how these staff runs this place so bad. This is the Tim Horton’s on 160 Broadway, Yorkton, Saskatchewan. I told the girl on the till that there were flies on the donuts and instead of being apologetic she raised her voice at me and said, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? I told her you’re selling donuts contaminated with flies and as if it is normal? I’d like her remove from her job as she’s got no zero customer service. She was also telling the other staff what happened and the rest were laughing and giggling! I was so mad but i just contained myself and keep my composure. The other thing i noticed that place looks so dirty????

This tim Hortons had nothing!! Kept saying let me check let me check not a good place to go...they have bad hearing everything we said something they would always say "huh" "huh" "sorry can you say that again" They have nothing at this tim Hortons not even a crispy wrap never come here
