Although the food was good, the service was terrible. The woman taking our order what rude from the beginning of the experience. She punched our order in wrong, when I asked to clarify she said it was right. Then she brought the wrong drinks I tried again to correct her and she was extremely rude once again.

Space is clean and very friendly staff, good service. But holey… some of the saddest looking tenders, tasted like fish. Texture for all items were entirely off. Beef patties looked dry and unseasoned. Unmelted cheese splices sitting between the layers like sheet metal is wild. Quality control quality control quality control. Would like to try again, maybe

I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. It was busy and “free shake day” I waited forever, my fountain drink was flat, when my order finally came, it was just onion rings and not my burger. Then I got the burger, it was Luke warm and my onion rings were soggy. For a 20$ lunch I would expect higher quality.

I thought the classic burger was very good. I didn’t mind waiting for a fresh burger and I think it’s very comparable to five guys and yes, I would go back again.
