I ordered the Cobb Salad. Not as advertised! The greens were good, as were the other ingredients, all but the chicken. The chicken was the processed pressed chicken not a grilled chicken breast. Disappointed because they used to grill a real chicken breast not the over processed, pressed chicken pieces.

Got a take out order of a baconator (with no mayo due to allergies) and a Dave’s double cheese burger and didn’t realize until I got home that my baconator had mayo and the Dave’s double cheese was another baconator. Drove back and Saksham and the others gladly fixed my order to what I originally wanted plus gave me a free frosty.They were polite and went above and beyond

No forks with meal, my first spoonful of limp lettuce in my chicken Caesar salad also contained a thick black human hair. Yuck! Have pride in what you serve. So dissatisfied.
We went through the drive-thru on Saturday. It was close to 10pm so when no one came on the speaker, I figured it must be closed. I pulled around the corner of the building and there was a truck waiting at the pick up window. He was there for 20 mins! Also, two more vehicles came after me, honked their horn at the speaker and were able to order. We ordered on the McDonald's app while we waited....

Just ordered breakfast through the drive-thru and waited almost 20 mins for my food! Seems to happen when the manager is working, ridiculous! Never happens when Akash is working, he is prompt and friendly, let's us know if there will be any kind of wait.
