Great experience thanks to the amazing staff Navdeep
We were asked to park by drivethru staff and then left in parking lot for 20 minutes. I was okay at first and just phoned, was told right away but another 5 minutes gone so I went inside and of course our food was just sitting there bagged and no one attempting to take it out. Thanks, serve everyone else first. We like Wendys but I'm never coming back.

Amazingly slow.
I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions. No one is this bad unless it is on purpose. This is verified weaponized incompetence, and they have won. I am done trying to eat here. Every time I have to shout my order and even then, they always get it wrong. Today, not only was the order wrong (and we are an hour away), but the fries were stale and cold right out of the window. I don't have time to go back through and make them make it again. I am so over this place. Hire people that can listen and understand an order and actually give a crap about the food they put out for a no longer reasonable price.

Finally made it to Wendy's before the breakfast cutoff. Wow, they win, by a good margin. The renovations are nice, the self serve pop machine is pretty cool. Lots of choices. Always a good burger and fries the rest of the day.

Staff do now know what they are doing and arnt paying enough attention. Have my dad coke instead of Coke Zero as he orders. Which âisnât a big dealâ except he had to dunk the whole thing since a heâs diabetic

This has to be the most embarrassing thing ever, my fiancĂ© went out to get us lunch at Wendyâs today and we just realized that they put a smaller cup inside the large cup. Now I donât normally leave reviews like this but this has to be known and I hope that nobody else will experience this themselves as well. Whoever made the drinks or handles the drinks needs to be fired because this is disgusting and embarrassing for the company. Wendyâs do better.
I only really go here for breakfast. The food is solid but the wait is generally pretty long, especially I think for biscuits. I've waited upwards of 20 minutes after ordering at the drivr-thru and being asked to pull ahead and I waited at the counter for nearly 10 mins today for someone to take my order (kiosks don't have breakfast) and another 8 minutes for my order. I will say, though, that a man at th drivr-thru has gone out of his way to fill my last minute breakfast orders even when I know it was an inconvenience and was nothing but polite about it. The wait is what brings the rating down for me.
The store itself is clean enough and my husband says that the men's bathroom was clean but half of it was out of order.

Everything was dirty. My family stopped here for dinner on a Sunday afternoon and the bathrooms were too dirty to use. Then after ordering and waiting 10 minutes they told us there would be a wait and to take a seat but every table was dirty and there was food all over the floors. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our food while the 4 employees stood around and talked then when our food was ready they didnt give us cups to fill until we reminded them. All around a disappointing experience and it leaves me to wonder if every inch of the public space is filthy, what does their kitchen look like?

Picked up lunch here on Tuesday the 15th and they double charged me for my order didnât realize it till after I got home watch your self if your using a Wendyâs gift card at this location as they will run the gift card tell you it donât work then charge you a second time on ether debit cash or credit card. So now my gift card has the charge for my order as well as my credit card I tried to contact them to rectify this problem but got no answer so had to file a dispute with my credit card company. For this reason I do not recommend this location.
This order was placed on Friday morning,I ordered egg muffin meal deal and that
person add bacon in the sandwich and i noted that thing then i asked him to make without the bacon so he just took off the bacon from the sandwich ,then I stopped him again to make new sandwich because of the religious purpose I cannot have with bacon .That guy was so rude during making the sandwich .After that he just gave the two wrapes instead of muffin .Please tell your employees to be nice and follow guidelines

Staff are always great, best fast food in town by far. Wendy's definitely has the best mobile app deals and points as well
