Made my pizza wrong didn’t even call me to tell me they didn’t have the dough I wanted so they just made it then told me my sauce was in the box then no sauce idk

3 years ago when I moved here the food was great but the last few months the quality and service has gone down. the pizza not as good as it was so I've been going to another local pizza place for pizza. then hometown removed the salad bar which was great. so now I've only been going for the chicken wings and after today I won't go back for the wings. I used to get the 20 piece bone in but now they only have 8 or 16 so I got the 16 and I have to say I've never seen such tiny wings!! i ate all 16 and was still hungry. these wings had to of come from baby chick's. I'm no longer giving them my business cause price goes up and portions go down.

Ordered a bacon and cheese pizza. Very little cheese or bacon, crust bubbled up. Bottom of pizza was burnt. She said 15 min, i got there 17 min pizza was only slightly warm. Very disappointed

Sudden menu update? I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything that said there was a menu update but our bbq chicken bacon pizza now has pineapple and jalapenos? We didn't order last week, but had it the week before. I'm just really sad bc that was my favorite ordering that as is

Started going to hometown every weekend since 2020 and went in tonight for a birthday dinner requested by the birthday boy and it was our first bad experience. It was our WORST experience yet. We ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas, wings and pasta. The only good thing about this was the pasta. The pizza was burnt, the wings were burnt. While we were waiting for our food a customer had come in and was complaining about his pizza also being burnt.
Also they got rid of the salad bar. And didn't have bud light

Bought a large Pizza, it looked horrible and fell apart before getting to the plate. It tasted bland, it's the worst pizza have ever tasted. For the money your spending, your better off going elsewhere or making your own
