I booked West TN Smokers for my wedding. Since day one, Roger has been so kind and accommodating. The food is PHENOMENAL. I mean phenomenal. If you want people easy to work with and delicious food, look no further. The BBQ Bologna was my favorite.
We hired West TN Smokers as our caterer for our wedding Dec, 2023 and let me just say the food was AMAZING. Everything was provided they showed up on time and set up super fast. We had been price shopping other similar caterers for months before we where recommended to give them a call. Price was more than fair and the food, again, was AMAZING, these folks can really throw down. Best bbq ive had in a long time and the salad bar was great as well.
First timeer. Ordered a rib plate the meat was tough and dry you could tell it had been sitting for awhile. The baked beans were okay potato salad was okay.

Got 2 BBQ bologna sandwichs on Christmas Eve the bologna looked like they rubbed BBQ sauce on it and put it on the bun uncooked not to mention the slice of bologna was 3 inches thick other than that I've never had a bad experience at west TN smokers
