The staff at the Andersonville location are great. The guy really knows how to make a pizza. The salad bar is always fresh and well stocked. The choice of pizzas on the buffet is always great. The service is top notch. The place is always very clean. Great job.

My first time here and it has a home style atmosphere. Clean, almost 'spit shiny clean'. Food is good, wait time minimal. Would be 5* but a topping I was charged for wasn't on my pizza. 4*
Vegetarian options: Small salad bar, so vegan option is there.

I tried to go to the Andersonville, TN store today to eat from the buffet for lunch. When I walked in I saw that there was only one pizza on the buffet. I asked if there were more pizzas. I was told, "They are coming out as we speak." I said, "Where are they?" because there were none being cut into pieces and none in the oven. I was told, "She is coming in now to make them." The last time I went there for lunch there was only one pizza and the other customers ate it before I could get any. I paid for the buffet and all I got was a salad. That's why I asked this time. I'll know now that Pizza Plus in Andersonville is not someplace I can go for lunch. I only get an hour and don't have time to wait for someone to "come in to make a pizza."

great staff very nice family people. everyone was very attentive and respectful. very clean bathrooms and dinning room. everyone stayed busy cleaning and was very diligent I will for sure to visit more often

I went today to get the “ALL YOU CAN EAT Pizza, Salad, Dessert, AND Drink! Lunch Buffet” that is supposed to be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. I was on my lunch hour and got there at about 12:20 p.m. I was surprised to find out how much the price of the buffet has increased but understand the cost of everything has risen. I was told a pepperoni pizza had been put on the buffet in the last 10 minutes. I wanted to eat a salad before getting my pizza. Three men came in and the whole small pepperoni pizza was gone. There were two breadsticks on the buffet so I ate those. I asked about more pizza. I was told there were making more. One of the men ate his salad, saw that there were four people in the restaurant and no pizza on the buffet. He went and asked for his money back because all he had to eat was a salad. They couldn’t figure out how to refund his money so he told them to keep the money and left the store. The Shift Manager started mocking him and said he should have just gotten a frozen pizza and microwaved it. She also said something about he shouldn’t go out to eat if he doesn’t have time to wait on his food. I wanted to stand up and yell, “we paid for a buffet so we wouldn’t have to wait for food to be prepared.” Maybe someone needs to tell them how a buffet works. I like the pizza but I don’t have enough time to go there on my lunch hour and wait for people to start coming in before they start preparing pizzas. I wish there was a good pizza buffet close by.

We didn't want to wait an hour standing in line for a Father's Day meal after church. Everyone wanted pizza so we stopped in and also got baked spaghetti... one of my favorites! Food was delicious! Staff was great! We'll be back soon!

Staff was super pleasant. Just when we pulled up, seamed as we were getting out, they were like aww..901 and we have people, and we close at 10. Food was out in time. Spaghetti dinner was not good 2 out of 10. Burgers were mediocre. But delicious.

I can’t say enough about this place! The staff was so nice, the pizza was cooked perfectly. Inside and outside of restaurant was clean. They had actually burnt our garlic bread twists? and made us new ones instead of bringing the burnt ones out. We didn’t need a thing! Will be back 100 times more! My family is moving here in a few weeks and this will be the first place i bring them for pizza.

They told me we couldn't dine-in because they had just mopped. This was over an hour and a half before the were closing the resturant. They said we could order and take our food to-go but we were on motorcycles. This was highly disappointing.
We had about 75 people that we had to feed and showed up here. Sheila, Dalton, and Sam took amazing care of us and provided fast friendly service! What a great experience!
