I stopped by this Burger King on my way home and asked for some ketchup, even though I hadn’t bought anything that day. The employee asked if I had bought anything, and when I said no, she told me, ‘Well, this is the last time — it’s like coming to your house asking for electricity.’ The food is usually good here, and I’m a regular customer, going almost every day because I live just three minutes away, but the customer service is what will make you never go back. After today, I’d drive the extra 15 minutes if I decide I want Burger King. The employee in the drive-thru was extremely rude, and all I asked for were condiments — which are free.

Nice fresh sales on the burger, not too busy so lots of parking and choice for seating. Ideal for a quick bite to eat.

You will find this is the cleanest Burger King you have ever been in and the service is excellent. These are not comments usually made about a fast food restaurant but if you want a great experience, this is the BK for you.

Diego was a delight! The service and food (hot and fresh!) were top-notch!
It was so refreshing to deal with a staff that not only did there job and did it well, they actually made my dining experience exceptional!!! That is hard to do at a BK. The hwy 72 location, seems like they get mad at you for wanting to order anything. Ardmore BK must be under EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT!!! MY HAT IS OFF TO THE ENTIRE WORKFORCE THE MANAGER HAS IN PLACE!!!

FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. FLOOR SO STICKY BY THE DRINK MACHINE, STANDING IN MELTED ICE AND SHOES STUCK TO THE FLOOR. FOOD WAS SUBSTANDARD AS WELL AS THE SERVICE. WON'T DARKEN THESE DOORS AGAIN.
ETA: 3 times I've ordered sweet & sour sauce for my order because the app makes me choose a sauce. What I've received for those 3 requests instead of sweet & sour sauce: 1 ranch, 1 busted ranch that had been busted long enough for it to be yellow and hard, and no sauce at all. Is it a big deal? Not really. But it also isn't hard to get right. Getting it so wrong 3 times takes a lot more effort.
They're understaffed but handling it well, food was good, staff was good
