It was so refreshing to deal with a staff that not only did there job and did it well, they actually made my dining experience exceptional!!! That is hard to do at a BK. The hwy 72 location, seems like they get mad at you for wanting to order anything. Ardmore BK must be under EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT!!! MY HAT IS OFF TO THE ENTIRE WORKFORCE THE MANAGER HAS IN PLACE!!!

FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. FLOOR SO STICKY BY THE DRINK MACHINE, STANDING IN MELTED ICE AND SHOES STUCK TO THE FLOOR. FOOD WAS SUBSTANDARD AS WELL AS THE SERVICE. WON'T DARKEN THESE DOORS AGAIN.

ETA: 3 times I've ordered sweet & sour sauce for my order because the app makes me choose a sauce. What I've received for those 3 requests instead of sweet & sour sauce: 1 ranch, 1 busted ranch that had been busted long enough for it to be yellow and hard, and no sauce at all. Is it a big deal? Not really. But it also isn't hard to get right. Getting it so wrong 3 times takes a lot more effort.

They're understaffed but handling it well, food was good, staff was good

Alot of workers but doesn't seem to help the kitchen person. He was work by himself and trying to help the drive thur plus the front. It took then about 15 mins but the time we got our food.

The people at the window are always nice. I have rarely had an order wrong and all the years I've bought food here. But whoever was recently hired needs to be trained better, because they have totally and completely ignored the customizations on my last two, maybe three, orders. Next time I do an online order I'm going to stop and check my burger at the window and if the customization is not right they're going to redo it.
