I love going to KFC the people are great to talk to. Some of the food is pretty good but lately anytime I do an online order and have it delivered to me they mess up my order. I've worked in the fast food industry before I understand messing up and order every now and then but this isn't every single time thing. And when I'm eating my chicken for some reason it tastes like fish instead of chicken.

Ordered online. After waiting 20 minutes were told they basically had nothing we paid for, nothing they could substitute and to go to the website to request a refund. They completed our order as if they had given us our food. We received nothing. The call center was helpful.

This is not a place to eat. I was traveling and stopped by. The restaurant was so filthy I left. No paper products in restroom and disgustingly filthy. No one acknowledged my presence. I’ve been all over the world and never have I seen such as the conditions inside. No one was there except staff. I called to let them know I’m before leaving this review. No one answered
I got a 4pc chicken meal extra crispy.It was more crisp than chicken the lack of meat on each piece was laughable. this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience here, but I thought I would give them a second chance and believe me. It’s the last chance this is the worst KFC I have ever eaten in my life. Wish they had a negative stars option.

I ordered a 8 pc Meal with 2 sides and a $9 box from Taco Bell with a Lemonade for a Dinner at work. Total was 43.01 and to my surprise in the Taco Bell bag contained my two sides. No Tacos at all which was very sneaky and deceitful. I want my money back.

Kfc food is usually good and this was. I think kfc has the best cole slaw and mashed potatoes you can find at fast food. The problem I have is I never really feel like I get my money's worth. The prices seem high to me for chicken. The chicken sandwich is really good. Note- This kfc has a taco bell with it also.
