3 hours for our food is ridiculous!
Don’t waste your money. They now use door dash to delivery pizza. I never received my order and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. A good manager should have offered to do something. I had no food and was out of $50. They gave me the number to door dash just to be told that I would have to talk to Pizza Hut customer service! I will not be ordering from this location again!
So I spent around $200 on pizza for my sons party on Saturday. Saturday night I had a hankering for wings so I made a Pizza Hut order... Upon arriving I told them the name on the order, paid and casually asked for an extra marinara knowing the usual half cup is never enough. The lady waiting on me reached into the fridge, pulled out another half empty marinara and said... “that’ll be 66 cents”
Much to my surprise I asked... “seriously”?

Pizza Hut in Ardmore, Tennessee may seem understaffed, but the friendly employees make up for it with great service. The well-put-together, piping hot pizzas tasted delicious and are consistently excellent. Delivery orders are also on point, arriving hot and within the promised time frame. The staff is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and employees like Crystal and Axel are awesome and provide excellent service, making sure the food is hot and fresh. While some orders can experience delays, the location is highly recommended for a tasty and satisfying meal experience.
